DIGITAL DISPLAY D1270 / D1272
The digital display types D1270 and D1272 are used in the digital remote display of the oil and/or winding temperatures, and are connected with the analog output (Pt100 or 4..20mA) of the combi well or the ZT-F2.1.
The optional selection of two freely adjustable limit value contacts and of various different output signals (4..20mA, 0..5V, 0..10V) for further signal processing is available as well.
COMBI WELL
SIGNAL CONDITIONER PT-MU
A Pt100 signal is processed by the Pt-MU signal conditioner to produce a standardized signal proportional to the temperature.
The signal conditioner may be connected to the Pt100 terminals in the ZT-F2.1 transformer temperature transmitter or in the combi well. It conditions the output signals from these devices for processing in the computer, or the electrical or electronic display.
The Pt-MU is always used when measured values have to be transmitted over a distance or if there is interference on the transmission line
Signal Converter TT30
With signal converter TT30 the most varying sensor signals can be converted into process signals. On the input side, it can adapt mechanically and electrically to the most varying sensors.
Combining mechanical base devices with the TT30 signal converter ensures maximum transformer safety and functionality. While safety-related mechanical switching functions are maintained, it is possible to simultaneously connect control room systems to process monitoring systems using current bus technologies., the most varying sensor signals can be converted into process signals. TEMP TRANSMITTER ZT F2.1
The ZT-F2 transformer temperature transmitter can only be used in conjunction with a TRASY2 series dial thermometer. It is used to represent the thermal image (= winding temperature) in the transformer. The winding temperature is measured indirectly. The temperature gradient between the winding and the coolant is dependent on the current in the winding: the measuring transformer’s secondary current is proportional to the current in the winding of the transformer. The measuring transformer’s secondary current supplies a heating resistor in
the ZT-F2 transformer temperature transmitter and thus causes the display indicating the actually measured oil temperature to rise (= temperature gradient) in accordance with the load on the transformer
